Genexti Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Genexti, an AI platform provided by Genexti, including the Website Builder, AI Code Fixer and Workflow Automation products (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. The Service
Genexti provides tools to build and operate websites and business applications, including multi-tenant hosting, subdomain and custom-domain routing, industry management modules, AI-assisted code suggestions, and workflow automation that can optionally connect to third-party accounts such as Google.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
- Free: limited features at no cost, subject to the usage limits shown on our pricing page.
- Starter: a paid monthly or annual subscription with higher usage limits and no cap on how many websites, projects or workflows you create.
- Pro: a paid monthly or annual subscription with the highest usage limits, and the option to connect your own domain.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers. Our Refund Policy governs eligibility for refunds.
4. Third-Party Integrations, Including Google
Certain Workflow Automation features let you connect third-party accounts (such as Google) via OAuth. By connecting an account, you authorize Genexti to access only the specific data scopes shown on the consent screen, solely to perform the actions you configure. You may disconnect any integration at any time from your Genexti settings or from the third-party provider's own account permissions page. Genexti's handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy, including our Limited Use compliance commitments.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law, or the rights of any third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
- Transmit malware, spam, or engage in phishing or fraud.
- Use connected Google or other third-party integrations to send unsolicited bulk email or to access data beyond what you are authorized to access.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell without authorization, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security.
- Use the AI Code Fixer or other AI features to generate malicious code or to attempt to extract another customer's data.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the websites, data, and code you create using Genexti ("Your Content"). You grant Genexti a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service, including to execute workflows you configure against connected third-party accounts.
7. AI Features Disclaimer
AI-assisted features (including the Code Fixer) generate suggestions using third-party AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any AI-generated code or content before relying on it in production.
8. Building for Clients
You may use Genexti to build and run websites, applications and workflows for your own clients. These Terms remain in force between you and Genexti, and you remain responsible for your clients' compliant use of anything you build with the Service. Genexti does not currently offer white-label or re-branded resale of the platform itself.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law or by a third-party platform policy (including Google's API terms). You may cancel your account at any time; see our Refund Policy for the effect on billing.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genexti and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law applicable to you.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
