Genexti Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund on a paid Genexti subscription (Starter or Pro). It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Free Tier
The Free plan has no charge and is not eligible for a refund, as no payment is made.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unhappy with a Starter or Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for that plan, no questions asked.
3. Renewals
Automatic renewal charges after the initial 7-day window are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law, or where Genexti experienced a verified extended service outage materially affecting your use of the Service during that billing period.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom domain registration or renewal fees paid to third-party registrars through the Service.
- Usage-based overage charges already incurred.
- Partial months remaining after a mid-cycle cancellation, other than under Section 2.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@genexti.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process eligible refunds to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account billing settings. Cancelling stops future charges; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
7. Plan Changes
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle; we do not provide partial refunds for downgrades.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We can usually resolve billing issues directly, and faster. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
